Nominate an Individual for the Hall of Fame
Individuals who will be considered for inclusion in the USDF Hall of Fame will be those who demonstrate longevity of excellence in the sport of dressage, and have made outstanding contributions to the growth, development, quality, popularity and appreciation of the sport of dressage in the United States. Individuals may be considered posthumously.
Nominate an Equine for the Hall of Fame
Horses that will be considered for inclusion in the Hall of Fame should be horses that are nearing the end of their careers; retired from competition; or are considered for nomination posthumously. Horses should have also contributed to the excellence in dressage through their performance records in the dressage arena or their breeding records, or served as ambassadors of the sport.
Nominate an Individual for the Lifetime Achievement Award
The Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes long and faithful volunteer service to USDF. Individuals considered for the USDF Lifetime Achievement Award are those who have demonstrated a lifelong dedication to the USDF and its mission. These individuals may have been a member of the Executive Board; a USDF Committee or Council Chair; a president of a GMO who influenced the development of dressage in his or her area or who influenced the direction of USDF; a USDF member who developed, or assisted in the development of, a new project or committee which greatly influenced USDF.
Nominate an Individual for the Member of Distinction Award
The USDF Member of Distinction is a prestigious national award that annually recognizes one USDF member who has demonstrated exceptional commitment in his or her local area or region toward carrying out USDF's mission: "dedicated to education, the recognition of achievement, and the promotion of dressage"; or who demonstrates longevity of excellence in the sport of dressage and who has made outstanding contributions to the growth, development, quality, popularity and appreciation of the sport of dressage at a local or regional level.
All nominations are due on or before May 1. After May 1 the nomination will be considered in the following year.
